Nick funded the charity for the first two years himself, using redundancy money and his personal savings, working full time for free at this point.
Over 9 years the charity grew to employ 20 staff, managing two community centres, supporting homeless individuals off the streets and into jobs, working on the streets a dozen times a week to engage and support young people to make positive choices and improve their own life outcomes.
The pair discuss how to boost the life chances for kids up and down our country, how to stand up for yourself when the mob comes for you and the current crisis caused by the vacuum in political leadership and statesmanship.
