Note that I used #2 and #5 from the 10 Most Dangerous Towns. I was not cherry-picking; #1 is South Tucson, which did not, in my opinion, meet the standards for being a separate, small town. The other 2 have outlier populations; one has a black population of over 80% and the other has a huge Native American and Hispanic population. They were misrepresentative of the larger data.
