Bold Iowa director and former state legislator Ed Fallon introduced TYT's Eric Byler ( ) to several Iowa land owners who had their property taken away through an unusual type of eminent domain, where the state government gives to an outofstate corporation the right to decide whose property to take for the "public good." The land was returned to them after the pipeline was put in the ground, but many farmers found that the land soil was damaged and that pieces of metal had been left behind.
