Impeachable: Trump's Receipt of Foreign Payments (Emoluments)

The U.S. Constitution prohibits federal office holders from receiving payments from from foreign leaders or foreign governments. Past presidents and other office holders have divested themselves from business holdings that may cause conflicting loyalties between sworn civic duty and personal enrichment. Because Donald Trump has refused to divest from such holdings, he was in violation of the Constitution the moment he was sworn in. So says Ron Fein of the democracy advocacy group Free Speech for People, which is mobilizing to get the U.S. House to vote to begin an investigation. TYT's Eric Byler ( ) spoke to Mr. Fein to get a detailed explanation of what is likely to become Trump's first Constitutional crisis.
