16:08Now PlayingRyan Clayton of Americans Take Action was arrested in by U.S. Capitol Police for throwing Russian flags at President Trump and shouting "Trump is Treason!" as the president was being escorted to a meeting on tax reform with Senate Republicans.
Shortly following his court appearance, he sat down with TYT contributor Ryan Grim ( ). New chargers were brought, Clayton said, and then all charges were dropped and Clayton's criminal record will include a "sealed arrest."
Clayton theorizes that a respect for freedom of speech led to the favorable resolution, and, he said that he believes that calling attention to the federal investigation into the president and his campaign's dealings with Russia is an effective way to oppose "the Trump regime."
