A Nassau County, NY police sergeant has to school his own officers on the law after they try to stop a constitutional auditor from filming inside a public building. The officers repeatedly demand ID and cite policies with no legal basis, but the auditor stands his ground. Tensions rise until the sergeant arrives, hears the auditor out, and ultimately confirms he’s in the right. Once again, a "no filming" sign doesn’t override the Constitution!
