Alberta Premier Prentice got an earful from the opposition for his $100,000 television spot. They want him to repay the money, especially since they say that the speech is more or less a commercial for a new budget that includes plenty of tax hikes.

Alberta faces a $7-billion revenue shortfall this year due to low oil prices.
