Toronto Catholic District School Board Trustee Angela Kennedy claims she is being discriminated against due to her religious views.
Angela Kennedy was selected to serve on the Board of Health, but Councillor Joe Mihevc introduced a motion that substituted her name for that of a public school trustee.
Kennedy, who has worked in the health care sector for over 30 years, says she was rejected for the position because of her views on sex education, abortion, HPV vaccinations and gay straight alliances in schools.
