Wildrose leader Brian Jean says Premier Jim Prentice may have pulled a bait and switch, selling Albertans on the idea of downsizing a bloated government then hammering taxpayers with 59 new tax increases.
Jean told the Rebel.Media the budget can be balanced without new taxes in part by cutting government 'paper pushers' including managers, consultants and communications staff in the health care system and elsewhere in government.
