YouTube Description
as posted by the channelMarissa Semkiw of TheRebel.media talked about "carding" with former Toronto police officer and security expert, Ross McLean.
He explains how the controversial police procedure originated, and how it has evolved. Police now have a quota to fill every day, for one thing. McLean says police also aren't following proper procedure when asking for ID and recording this data. He doesn't support carding in its current form, saying there needs to be reform.
