Lawyer John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms represents TWU. He explains how this is possible, how the Ontario panel misunderstands the basic concept of "discrimination," and speculates that the case will have to go all the way to Canada's Supreme Court.
Ezra Levant of TheRebel.media feels the Ontario decision was "purely political," motivated by ideology rather than the law. He adds that no one could get away with singling out Jews or Muslims in this way.
