Alberta's NDP premier Rachel Notley gave a speech to a group of oil industry investors. According to one media report, she "wowed" the investors with her "pro-oil sands" address.

Ezra Levant of TheRebel.media has been following Notley's activities closely for months, and he believes her NDP government has moved against the oil sands faster than they have on any other item on their agenda.

So what did she say in that speech that made anyone think she was an oil sands cheerleader? Bear in mind that certain words mean something very different to socialists like Notley than they do to business leaders.
