A Congressional delegation visited last week, headed by Republican presidential candidate and powerful senator, Lindsay Graham. Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall personally escorted them around while lobbying for the Keystone XL pipeline.
When the delegation stopped off in Alberta, Premier Rachel Notley refused to meet with them. What a disgrace.
