7:17Now PlayingSheila Gunn Reid of TheRebel.Media reports, earlier this week Stephen Harper made a quick stop in Edmonton. But this Harper rally was all business for us.
We took our cameras and our pleasant dispositions to talk to the protestors that so often congregate at these things. The micro protest was a whopping five people but if no anti Harper protest is too small for the CBC, then its good enough for us, too!
We walked into that micro protest thinking we’d be hearing about the usual stuff: missing and murdered aboriginal women, the niqab, Canada Post home delivery and the CBC.
Somehow we ended up talking about Vladimir Putin as a peacenik and cartoons with people who liked us until they found out who our boss was.
