Meanwhile, at Hadassah Medical Centre in Jerusalem life goes on because "suffering has no nationality" and the doctors, nurses and patients here, whether Israeli or Palestinian, put the children first.
As one Palestinian doctor notes, "We are participating in the creation of life - we don't think about the politics"
