Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s plan to bring 25,000 refugees to Canada in less than six weeks needs to hit a big giant pause button in light of the terrorist attacks in Paris.
At least one of the terrorists entered Europe through Greece. Ahmed Almuhamed, a 25 year-old who helped carry out the bloody massacre at the Bataclan concert hall, had entered Europe from Syria.
How safe with the people we bring here as refugees feel if we bring in terrorists or war criminals alongside them? Our experience having already done this with Rwanda and Bosnia tells us that the real refugees will continue to live in fear as long as the terrorists walk free among them, even if the terrorists never actually strike Canada.
