Brian Lilley of TheRebel.Media reports:
By now we’re all aware of the effusive praise Trudeau won for his easy response to the question of why it was so important to achieve gender parity in his cabinet - “Because it’s 2015”.
I pointed out at the time though why the flippant response shouldn’t have been the last word on the issue but after a disturbing episode with Conservative MP Michelle Rempel yesterday, I think it’s fair for us to ask, how does Trudeau rally feel about women?
To his credit, Minister McCallum has apologized for his patronizing remark but Trudeau, has not.
Will the Media Party do the right thing and question the Prime Minister on why he felt it was okay to smirk and laugh throughout this event?
So much for setting a different tone in the House of Commons.
