Not as well known as "concentration camps" like Auschwitz where inmates were gradually worked to death as well as being swiftly exterminated, because it had almost no survivors. It reminds us that evil is not some relic of our savage past but something that has accompanied mankind throughout its material progress, finding new tools as we become more technically advanced, lodged always in the human heart.
