Some might argue it was an accident, but I think this tragedy was less due to a mishap and more due to the incompetence of an inexperienced driver who had absolutely no business piloting an 18wheeler. The Humboldt Broncos tragedy is yet another glaring reminder of a broken the truck licensing system.
