On a recent Rebel News livestream, Sheila Gunn Reid discussed the blowout byelection which saw Jamil Jivani elected as the Conservative MP for the Durham, Ontario riding. Jivani, a longtime conservative activist, doesn't pull punches with anyone, including his former boss, Ontario premier Doug Ford. His victory speech called out liberal elites for betraying working-class Canadians, including the Ontario education minister. Ford took the opportunity to patronize Jivani, saying he could 'give him a couple lessons' on talking to his constituents.
