12:55Now Playing🚨 A disturbing confrontation involving a federal agent is raising serious questions about force, accountability, and the rights of American citizens.
Video from Northern Virginia shows a federal agent pointing a gun toward Carolina Molina, an American citizen and licensed counselor, during a confrontation after she says she witnessed agents escorting two Latino men in handcuffs toward an unmarked vehicle.
The agent can be heard accusing Molina of nearly running him over — an allegation she disputes. The video has fueled an even bigger debate: What evidence should be required when federal agents claim they feared for their safety, and should body cameras be mandatory during these encounters?
With DHS and ICE already facing scrutiny over enforcement tactics and use of force, footage like this is exactly why transparency matters.
Watch the encounter and decide for yourself: Was this a justified response—or did a federal agent cross the line?
