YouTube Description
as posted by the channelSupreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch are getting a little tired of defamation cases being foreclosed by New York Times v. Sullivan. Sullivan is a landmark case from 1964 that makes defamation cases extremely hard to win, and these justices are arguing that while it may have been wise in 1964, the ramifications today are beyond the expected scope of the decision.
They say it should be rolled back, and I would wager that Project Veritas agrees with them.
