Day 8 will open with the legal arguments over the prior acts proffer by the state to determine if the testimony about financial crimes as a motive or consciousness of guilt will be allowed in. In my opinion, it should be excluded, the state has not made a compelling case that it is logically related to the murder. But we'll see what the judge does! After that motion ruling, the jury will join and we will see where the case goes next.
