YouTube Description
as posted by the channelI'm just a man fighting his way through this silly world. Send me some encouraging messages...or call me a pussy and tell me to sack up.
I'm back from Vegas. Early, due to stupid circumstances leading to a misled judge with a misplaced understanding of the First Amendment. In time, I will remind him. Until then, let's talk about Hackamania and Court Hearings.
After that, we'll wade into the muck and mire of the worst people online. The Quartering has allegedly flagged down a Kino Casino Clip channel and a strike against Elissa Clips (who has custody of her kids?). Flagging down a channel is the unforgivable sin of the internet, and Jeremy faces a whole host of people claiming to hold this principle (LMAO). He denies involvement and that will be sorted out eventually, I'm sure....but this is all backstory.
My colleague Legal Mindset has alleged a framework for a lawsuit based on the situation. I haven't watched it, but I have a strong assumption that it is incorrect; let's find out and talk about law. It's TIME for a Lawtube LAW REVIEW.
