as posted by the channel

This film presents, in its first half, a particularly well-articulated critique of the economic development of US capitalism over the last 35 years. Its focus is on the arts, culture, and especially popular music as they were impacted by, responded to, and offered their own powerful critiques of that development. The position of the film's creator, Antonino D'Ambrosio, and the arguments of the especially insightful artists who address the viewers of the film are clear and strongly persuasive. The collage of image and music, of historical footage and live interviews, is very effective. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. D'Ambrosio's crew, to help inform the economics of the film, and then to see so stunning a finished product. See this film and spread the word. - Richard D. Wolff
