Why exactly? Preston Damsky, a law student and antisemite, took a seminar taught by the federal judge on ‘originalism’ and argued ‘we the people’ only referred to white folks. In addition he claimed the removal of voting rights protections for non-white people would be a net-positive and for the issuance of shoot-to-kill orders against 'criminal infiltrators at the border.' He fears a ‘nonwhite majority’ in the country as well. The judg'e name is John L. Badalamenti. Historian and Harvard professor Donald Yacovone weighs in.
