She is a 25-year-old black woman who said she was TAKEN by a white man after she stopped to help a toddler she saw walking alone on the highway. Hoover police in Alabama gave a press conference stating that they could not prove any of Russell’s statements were true, including the presence of the toddler. It is extremely likely that Carlee Russell made they entire story up. Looks like Candace Owens was right!
