On December 18, a federal court judge sided with the Osage Tribe against Enel in the longest-running legal battle over wind energy in US history. She ordered the removal of 84 wind turbines in Osage County by December 1, 2025. It’s a huge win for the tribe and a massive loss for Big Wind.

But now, more than a month later, the legacy media outlet hasn’t published a single article about the case: Not a word about it in the NY Times, WSJ, WaPo, Bloomberg, or NPR. Why not?

The tribe’s win doesn’t fit the narrative about “clean” energy.
