as posted by the channel

Recently, Richard Cahn, the Huntington attorney who represented MacDonald's wife's parents, reviewed Morris' book in the Touro Law Review. As indicated by the title, "Errol Morris, 'A Wilderness of Error': Provocative but Unpersuasive," Cahn disagrees with Morris' conclusions and argues that MacDonald was properly convicted. On Tuesday, Mr. Cahn, a former Touro adjunct professor and NY State Bar president, will join Touro Law professors Richard Klein and Rodger Citron for a discussion of the facts and legal issues raised by the case.
