Martin said on MSNBC, "Jerry Rice has no conscience ... Jerry Rice tweeted something, but Jerry Rice hasn't put anything on the line."
Martin continued, "Jerry Rice has said nothing about racist text messages in San Francisco." He also challenged Rice to stand up in the fight to remove the Confederate Battle emblem off of Mississippi's state flag.
As for Drew Brees, Martin went on to cite him for not addressing rampant corruption within the New Orleans Police Department.
