as posted by the channelProsecutors say former Mchigan state trooper Mark Bessner had no "legal justification" to fire his taser from his moving patrol car while trying to stop 15-year-old Damon Grimes.
In August ,Grimes was on an ATV traveling on a neighborhood street, when troopers tried to stop him for alleged "reckless driving." Grimes took off. Bessner tased him, causing the teenager to crash into the back of a truck.
