The Congressional Black Caucus touts 2 senators (Cory Booker and Kamala Harris) and 53 House members, but a report last year by the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies found that the staff of the last Congress was not as diverse as the members themselves.
Spencer Overton spoke with Roland Martin about diversity on Capitol Hill and if the new Congress is doing any better than the last.
