Is SiriusXM Paying Lip Service To C-Suite Diversity Demands? Won't Say How They Will Diversify

Sirius XM radio responded to the Congressional Black Caucus' demand for more diversity in upper management, but never stated how they planned on actually accomplishing this.

In a letter responding to the CBC's demands the satellite radio giant professed their commitment to diversity, building a diverse workforce, creating a new channel dedicated to African American issues, explained how they have adopted the NFL's Rooney Rule, but the letter never states what they are doing to hire minorities in their upper echelon.
