Violent protests erupted in Memphis after another officer involved shooting.

20-year-old Brandon Webber was shot nearly 20 times by U.S. Marshals who were trying to serve a warrant.

More than 300 protesters gathered in the Frayser neighborhood of northern Memphis for a face off that ended with tear gas being sprayed and numerous arrests. Here's one of Brandon's relatives reacting.
