Black Teen With Serious Medical Condition That Keeps Him From Going To School Taken Down By NYPD

Nicholas Simon is a 17 year old DJ who has a medical problem that keeps him from going to school. So, his parents home school him. He was coming home from the park in Brooklyn when seven NYPD officers took him down for no apparent reason.
