Nick Starr-Street , A.K.A, "Poolside Nick" decided he was going to harass two Black women who he deemed did not belong at a pool. Not only did he leave his apartment to confront the women and complain to the lifeguard that they were not supposed to be there, he followed them for nearly a mile after they left The Edition Apartments in Hyattsville, Maryland.
