SHAMEFUL! Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Signs 'Poll Tax' Bill Targeting Returned Citizens

Nearly two-thirds of Florida's voters approved Amendment 4 paving the way for more than one million returned citizens to have their voting rights restored.

The passage of Amendment 4 voters allowed felons not convicted of murder and sexual assault to automatically be eligible to vote if they completed all terms of their sentence including parole or probation.

On Friday evening, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law a bill limiting how many felons will be able to vote forcing them to pay what some are calling a "poll tax".
