'We're Gonna Still Be Out There' Demanding Justice: Eric Garner's Mom On Her Son's Death 5yrs Later

Wednesday was the fifth anniversary of Eric Garner's death at the hands of NYPD officers. Earlier in the week week, Attorrney General William Barr, decided not to file federal charges against NYPD Officer Danny Pantaleo who is responsible for Garner's death.
