NYPD Judge Says Daniel Pantaleo, The Cop Who Choked Eric Garner Should Be Fired

A New York City judge said that Daniel Pantaleo, the officer who choked Eric Garner to death should be fired.

It's now up to the city's police commissioner to determine if Pantaleo will keep his job.

Emerald Garner, Erick Garner's daughter spoke with Roland Martin about the NYPD judge's recommendation to fire Pantaleo for his actions.
