30:38Now PlayingThe White House released a memo detailing the conversation between President Donald Trump's and Ukrainian President Zelensky today.
The memo shows that Trump repeatedly pushed the Ukranian leader to reopen an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son. On Monday, Speaker of the House, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi announcement that House will pursue an impeachment inquiry against Trump.
So what does all of this mean for the nation's complainer-in-chief, former VP Joe Biden and the 2020 presidential election? Was there a constitutional violation and how does that help or hurt the impeachment process?
