VA Lt. Gov. Fairfax Files $400M Suit Against CBS; Says Accusers Have Gone Radio Silent

Since last year, a cloud of suspicion has surrounded Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax as a result of sexual assault allegations.

Fairfax has always denied those claims and filed a $400 million lawsuit against CBS for advancing that narrative.
