Was This Really Necessary? Oregon State Student Biking On Wrong Side Of The Road Arrested

An Oregon State student biking on wrong side of the road was arrested after refusing to give an officer her ID.

Police body camera video captured the arrest of 21-year-old student, Genesis Hansen, who was initially stopped in Corvallis for failing to ride her bicycle within the lanes of the road, according to police.

In the 38-minute video, Hansen repeatedly questions why she was stopped and whether she is required to provide identification to the officer.
