as posted by the channelJurors in the Harvey Weinstein trial appeared deadlocked on the most serious charges brought against the movie mogul charged with five counts of sexual assault. This was the fourth day of deliberations.
The jury of seven men and five women asked if they could be hung on one or both charges of predatory sexual assault which carry a maximum sentence of life in prison and unanimous on the other lesser charges.
In response, Judge James Burke told the jurors that they must reach a unanimous verdict on every count.
