During his visit, Trump never mentioned the police shooting of Jacob Blake and he did not address police brutality.
Instead, Trump announced one million to Kenosha law enforcement, four million to support local businesses affected by the violence, and $42 million to support public safety statewide, support for law enforcement and prosecutors.
The nation's divider-in-chief's visit comes over the objections of local Democrats and Gov. Tony Evers, who deployed the National Guard to help stop the violence and has said Trump's presence "will only hinder our healing."
