3:08Now PlayingDr. Randall Pinkett, President and CEO of BCT Partners, winner of NBC's 'The Apprentice' reminded America that Donald Trump "wasn't for for leadership four years ago" and he isn't fit for leadership now.
Pinkett told Roland four years ago, he and other 'Apprentice' contestants told America "about Donald's petulance."
"We talked about the lack of having people in his inner circle who could challenge him. We talked about the revolving door of the Trump organization - of people coming in and going out. We've seen that in the White House.
Pinkett continued, "We talked about how he wasn't fit on the world stage as a leader and we talked about his blind spots in having a temperament that would not admit when he's wrong, that does not like being challenged and is oblivious to his own shortcomings when it comes to being a leader."
In closing his rebuke of Trump, "The Apprentice" alumnus said, "My argument now that he wasn't fit for leadership four years ago."
"He's not fit for leadership four years ago only four years ago people were voting on Donald's potential, now we're voting on Donald's performance and I'm hoping America got the wake-up call," said Pinkett.
