During Monday's edition of #RolandMartinUnfiltered, Pastor Jamal Bryant spoke with Roland about the prosperity preacher's remarks.
Bryant said, "The Black church made her and so there is blood dripping on our hands because we put her on stages, platforms and programs where we never pushed sisters with stellar gift, capacity, skills and credentials but we let her flow through."
Now the "chickens have come home to roost", said Bryant
He later added, "The black church has got to have a real come to Jesus meeting about what we promote and understanding what is the slave Americanized religion that has so many of our people sitting in the balcony but they're not allowed in the financial room."
