On Monday, Rev. William Barber spoke with Roland Martin about the disturbing video of Rochester police handcuffing and pepper spraying a 9-year-old Black girl who was having a mental crisis.

Rev. Barber juxtaposed the use of excessive force against a child and the lack of response to the riotous mob that climbed walls, overran the U.S. Capitol building, beat police officers, vandalized offices, stole equipment. In the aftermath of the Capitol insurrection, five Americans lost their lives.
