President Joe Biden recently signed executive actions aimed at bringing economic relief to American families and businesses during the COVID-19 crises.

10 million Americans are now unemployed, while 14 million renters are behind on payments and 29 million adults and at least 8 million children are struggling with food insecurity.

Last month Biden unveiled a Covid relief package designed to get students back to school, help families and businesses with economic recovery and invest in advancing racial equity.

Roland Martin spoke with Symone D. Sanders who serves as the Senior Advisor and Chief Spokesperson for Vice President Kamala Harris about Biden's COVID-19 plan.
