Allen sent letters of intent to brands and their agencies last week calling on them to shift a minimum of 2% of their budgets to Blackowned media or face legal action. []
Allen spoke with Roland Martin during Tuesday's edition of #RMU about threatening Madison Avenue and about the future of Black-owned media.
During their discussion Allen explained that he is working to make it "infinitely easier" for Black-owned media to to grow and thrive by way of the American legal system.
"For white corporate America, litigation is kryptonite - That makes them crumble", said Allen.
