Patricia Lio is accused of criticizing her son's Black friend because he supported the Black Lives Matter movement and called her son's Hispanic friend an immigrant.
At some point during the night, Lio allegedly asked the Hispanic boy to leave. Lio allegedly punched her husband in the nose and then called the Black boy "ignorant" and "brainwashed" because he supported the Black Lives Matter Movement.
A police officer with the Milton Police Department for nearly 20 years, Lio has been on administrative leave since October.
Her arraignment is set for May.
